My grandmothers' names are Arline (with an I!) and Marjorie.
Arline was baptized as Aurelia because the priest refused to baptize her with a "Hollywood name." Somehow I can't see that happening...

Just looking through the thesaurus, I found a couple synonyms for whimsy that have some name potential:
Nettie is supercute-- one of my favorites! Henrietta nn Nettie is a family name on my dad's side. Haven't heard Netta before, but I like it.
Netta James might be a little much. Netta Jude is...
I've been brainstorming middle names for Merit all morning... haha! Here's what I have-- would love some input!
Merit Helena (inspired by jules_bells!)
Oh, Helena is beautiful! I think it goes perfectly with Juliet and Isabella. They all have a classic, feminine, vaguely English feel, and I don't think Helena is too close to Isabella at all.
I like the idea of a “concept” or “virtue” name for a girl, and I think Grace, Hope, Verity, etc. are nice, but I’m looking for something a little more… active? Vigorous, maybe? I like Honor, but...
