What do you mean "Game of Thrones aside"?
There is no Khaleesi outside of a Game of Thrones context or association, imo.
They made a great choice!
I quite like how V, X and Z are in the names; uncommon letters.
Peridot Opal & Hortensia Hyacinth
I would actually use Opal and Hyacinth, if my SO were to agree to them, but he is firmly in the "no way" camp. Peridot and Hortensia are a little more out there,...
I think Jago is very, very cool! I know of only one kid named Jago, I think his mother is Welsh or Cornish, and he's probably at least 10 by now, if not 15.
It's quite obscure, but very neat :)
My dream boy twin names:
Edmund András & Joscelin Ekhi
If I were to have twin boys IRL and picking names with my SO:
Bastian Ivor & Amos Fletcher
I have a hard time making a GP list, too, Hayley.
At one point, I had a really long GP list, but as I grew older, and did more research, and got more comfortable in my hobby, I stopped feeling...

Irene is so gorgeous in Spanish!
Let's see… I.M. names…
Ibai, Imanol, Iker- could any of these fly in Argentina?

I just think it's gorgeous. I first really noticed it while in Barcelona during Santa Eulàlia's saint day, and it immediately made its way on to my list. A couple years ago, I wrote a story...
Instead of Emma, what about Emilia, Amalia, or Gema?
My name is Lucia, I go by Lucy most of the time, but while living in/ visiting Spain, I'll use Lucía. It's great, and has served me very well...
These are wonderful names!
Delia- really lovely, it's familiar without being common
Elora- not my cup of tea, to be honest
Maren- great, and very strong sounding
Opal- I LOVE Opal! It's quirky...
I think Marguerite is really lovely. I know of a little Marguerite who goes by Mari, which I think is fantastic.
Yep, this is why I voted boy, too.
Sela or Selah was my first thought. Sela is topping my list :)
I love Seffora, too, but I guess that Latin. Zipporah is a little much for me, though.

Sooo I'm bringing this post back because I missed it when it was originally posted, but I want to reply so badly.
I lived & worked in the Basque Country, so Basque names are near and dear to me.

lol Rafael Novak. Rafa Nadal made me love Rafael/ Rafa as a name and nickname, but that's just way too much to use together ;) If you separated the names, it would be much less obvious. Rafael Auden?...
My first thought was Cormac and Riordan, but I'd love Rory/ Ruaridh, too.
Cormac & Jameson
Cormac & Tristan
Cormac & Lachlan
Cormac & Dashiell (I think this would be perfect!)
Cormac & Grey...

From your mentions, I totally agree with Penelope, Khaleesi/ Daenerys, Lilou, and Isabeau (I don't think it sounds made up, but I don't like how it sounds).
And in the replies, I also agree with...

Personally, I'm not usually influenced by the meaning of the name itself, but what it represents to me.
I'll take Amparo and Alma as examples.
Amparo means "shelter", which I LOVE. It is also a...
Thanks axps123! I'm really happy Vivian Lilac has gone over so well :)
Dany, I LOVE Leopold, but it's been vetoed :(
Oooh, Bastian August is wonderful! Thanks!

I voted for Heath, but I love Riordan as well.
Molly Adeline has always been my favourite <3
I love Molly Cordelia, too.
Lucy Vivian usually gets rave reviews :)
I like Flora & Flor a lot from the new names, but none of the others are my cup of tea, sorry. Do you guys live in Spain?
From the persistent list, I like:
Ofelia, but Ofelia and Olimpia might...
