Bryony came into my mind as a first idea but I think it is too close to Broderick.
I prefer first name as the "call" name but if the other way works fine with your boys then you can continue this way. (But since it's a girl you can change the name order as a "new rule".)
I think all the girl names listed in your signature are perfect with Grace and Eloise. My favorite is Agnes.
