I would recommend Beau instead of Bo.
I prefer Beauregard Skylar. Skylar is much more popular with girls ranking 48 as opposed to boys at 637. As someone who often ended up on the opposite sex...

I like Simon by far the best of the names to go with Oliver. Do you have anyone in your family you would like to honor with the middle name? Any special meanings, places?

I wouldn't worry about it too much, he may use many different names before he grows up. If you like Henry the best, just keep calling him that.

I like Dakota. I don't know if you are already set on a middle name but Dakota Wilder sounds great to me.
Mark is a fine classic name.
You could pare it with another classic name or a family name. An offbeat name that allows your child to use a classic name or a unique name.

I agree. Name him Rowan and then you can always call him Rowe for short.
I love Simon. I don't see anything wrong with it.
I agree with the previous poster. I love Isla, but I'm not fond of Romy. I do like Isla Celeste quite a bit. I also like Rosemary Celeste with the nn Romy.
I love the name with either spelling. It does make me think of a feminine girl.

I love your list of names. Your boy's firsts names seem classic, Joseph, Louis and Christopher. To me the most classic name on your list is Katherine. I would use that as the first name.
My favorite name was Knox, but not with Charles. If the middle is important, my favorite is Ezra Charles.
I love Lincoln.
Why not Lincoln DeRienzo Friedner? That middle name has the weight to carry Lincoln and it honors your entire family. In many cultures the mother's last name is automatically...
Kipling, (called Kip)
Okay, my son's name is Hunter and he is an adult and he still loves it and so do we still. But it has gotten more popular.
So Hunter French sounds great to me.
Finn is a name I love, but I...

I love Morgan Alexandra!
Sylvie is more traditional like Francis, but I really love Marigold with Francis. Marigold would be my choice.
Both are beautiful, but I prefer Rosemary Charlotte because I think Charlotte is going to get very popular.
Rania is one of my favorite girl names. The Queen of Jordan was named that at birth.
I don't really like Lorraine and Loretta as they are very close. What about Valeraine if you want a longer...
I like Ella Rue best. For what it is worth, you are right to follow the advice of the professionals guiding you.
Livia Primrose. Livia is one of my all time favorite names. I love the connection to the Roman Empresses. Such a strong name without being masculine.
By the way, I love Anna Sóley
I pronounce them like you do.
I don't mind boys names for girls. To lessen the confusion and to offer your daughter options if she is a girly girl, i would use a clearly female name for the middle. I do like Colbie quite a bit...
