I think it depends on what other girls names you like. Sawyer and Lucy wouldn't work well as sister names. So if other names you like for girls are unisex and/or surnames, I would go with Sawyer. ...
I think Judah and Guinevere are fine together but, if I was your husband, I wouldn't think and an honor name for a Jennifer. If honoring his mother is really important to your husband...
Of the names you like, I think August works the best. I would probably avoid the traditional names on your list. I would also avoid location names like Paris, London, Sydney, or Dallas.
I would use Kenneth as a middle nam,and go with a first name you love.

Greta and Louisa are my favorites of your girls names choices. Heidi might be another good option
For a brother of Roman and Bennett, I like Leo, Daniel, Eric, Miles, and Jasper.

With Douglas for a middle name, I would go for a more feminine first name. Reid Douglas, Quinn Douglas, and even Sydney Douglas are very masculine and likely to cause gender confusion on class...
With Owen Scott, I really like:
