Fenella- Sounds strangely medicinal to me
Jemima- Beautiful, but has so many bad connotations that it's pretty unusable in the U.S.
Beatrix- I think I prefer Beatrice but honestly I don't love...

I don't think Anneliese is too German at all.
What if you used Seraphina, and used Sadie as a nickname? I think that would work, and then you'd have the fairy-tale...
It seems to be a variant of the last name Holladay. I personally don't care for it because all I see is "holiday" but pronounced with a Boston accent.

I chose Tobin over Tadhg because Tobin's easier to pronounce. It's hard for me to look at the word "Tadhg" and pronounce it "Tyg."
