Best friends cousin just had a baby named Neve, which they are pronouncing Neh-vay. Her 3 yr old son is named Nash.
New babies at the daycare I work at:
Ellis (4 month old boy)
Regan (RE-gan, 4 month old girl)
Riley (3 month old girl)
Miles (7 week old boy)
while I like most of the names on yoyr list, these work the best together IMO:
Finn & Daphne
Finn & Eloise
Finn & Isla (I know a sibset Finn and Lila so this def. works nicely to my ear)

I love Cordelia, although it has potential for nns..it is so light and airy it seems like most people wouldn't be inclined to shorten it. Love Zinnia too!

Felicity is slightly my favorite, but I love Claudia too. I think Claudia is sophisticated but works on a baby without sounding too grown up. Claudia and Phillipa are perfect for sisters!
From your list I love:
Camille (although I find this quite a bit more "serious" than fun Delilah)
With Delilah I also really like-
I would instinctually say My-ka
I prefer Brooks of the two.

Theodore (nn Theo or Teddy)- I prefer Theo on it's own (although a lot of people love Theodore I find it too fru-fru)
Thaddeus (nn Tad)- nice strong name but I find it a bit hard to pronounce
Edison! I personally know a little Edison so that gets my vote.
In my opinion, Zane David Smith is really handsome... I prefer honor names even if the flow is not as perfect.
Second choice would be Zane Maxwell Smith!

Top 3 with LN Hazel:
I like both combos but Sage sounds fresher. Lilia Sage I could picture with young, hip parents... always dressed in fun clothes and very spunky. Lilia Evangeline is very princess-y and elegant, I...
Out of the two choices, I prefer Sylvie Rose. But if I could mix and match I would prefer Sylvie Maeve OR Sylvie Eloise.
I really like the name Flora. I think it would fit in, but stand out at the same time. It is a great stand-alone name but also a pretty nn for Florence.

I much prefer Ella Monroe, a very balanced name.

Claudia and Catherine make me think of... Camille, Caitlin, Cara, Caroline
Eleanor, Helen and Irene make me think of... Elena, Ellen, Ayla, Iris, Nora, Helena, Selene or Selena
Agnes and Anne...
Congrats, love the name Maeve!
