Tallulah is a really cool name. Louella is also a cool name. I think of Bugsy Malone when I hear Tallulah and Bugsy but it is not a bad connection. Just make sure that you really love the film.
Theodora Hazel is beautiful! Viviana Hazel would also be lovely even though Viviana is nms.
Using Eden in the middle is problematic for flow for each of your first but is a beautiful name. It is...
Grace Rosemary is my favourite combo from your list for girls.
I think that Andrew and Gideon are your best bets for boys. Seth and Lucas are nice but not as strong/traditional as the others.
I do not think any of these fit particularly well apart from Nora. She seems like the middle ground between Neve and Beatrice in style.
Rosalie Neve and Rosalie Beatrice would be my choices. Neve fits with Yvonne and makes the combo sound quirkier but Rosalie Beatrice sounds classic and elegant.
Fable Auclair married Scout Mariah and had a child called Jean-Louise Fay.
Jean-Louise Fay married Ernest Alexander.
1. No. I think it is perfectly natural to like words from a particular language (including place names)

I have never really found Robin dated because I always think of the birds. I prefer it on a girl (but really dislike the Robyn spelling) I think that Robin would inevitably be shortened to Rob/Robby...

I really dislike Valerie but love Olwen.
I think I like both equally. Both have good nickname options, are classic and feminine. You can't go wrong with either.
