I really like Juliet Victoria. It's simple and beautiful. I like Charlotte but fear it may be too popular and if she goes by Charlie you will need to consider all the boy Charlie's as well.
I have never thought of this but now it is all I can think!! I also say 'ay-moss'. Moss rhyming with cross and 'ay' rhyming with hay.

I think that Scarlett flows beautifully with your other children's names with it being 2 syllable and -ett ending. I also think Scarlett Aerin is a lovely combination.
