I really like Julia and Elizabeth. They're both core classics and Elizabeth has the cutest nicknames.
Thank you for the support.
I come from a fairly conservative family, so Susannah was acceptable. When I brought up Ruby, I got some stares and sighs. I'm not as conservative as my parents, so I...

I think Shay/Shae would be beautiful on its own. Longer names leading to Shae or Shay could be Cheyenne or Shannon.
I'd say something glamorous and feminine.
Eleanor Faye - Eleanor Roosevelt, "Ellie, Nora"
Edith Rose - Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt, Mrs. Woodrow Wilson, Edith Wharton, "Edie"

I'm loving Penelope Mary-Therese! I like the hyphen in the middle spot.

Congratulations! I think both are pretty, but Isobel is a variant of Elizabeth so it would still honor your mother. If you love Isobel, use it!
@lilysong- thank you so much for that. So happy to hear from someone with a similar name! This eased my nerves quite a bit!

I think Annie works just fine.

I think Hadley is pretty and I think your daughter will adore her name! :-)
Chandler, Quentin, Kolby, Xavier, and...
I really like Emmanuelle. I think it's beautiful with a great meaning. Strong but elegant.
Too similar with me. I agree that Mae should have a longer middle name.
Agreed! It is ro-sheen. I guess it will have to stay a guilty pleasure. Thanks for the feedback!
I really think Hudson sounds best with your boys names. I think Hudson Elliot is a very handsome combo.

I'm not a huge fan of Aurora. I feel like it sounds slurred because of the r's. However, Aurora Charlotte is a pretty combo. I love Clara Emmeline.
I absolutely adore the name Roisin. Both me and my husband are of Irish decent, so it would honor our heritage. Problem is, we live in the states. Would Roisin always lead to pronunciation problems...
We really don't want the association of our family member in there. Timothy is out of the question. I just like it for the biblical tones and the -y ending.

Lilac is pretty similar to super popular Lily, Lila, Lillian. I think it has the same appeal. I say use it!
