Another Aussie weighing in ;)
I agree with @emiliana that Sawyer sounds exactly like soya in the Australian accent. I find Cara quite ugly in the Australian accent too - it sounds a bit like the...

I'm having this exact problem and it's killing me! Two of my favourite names in the world are Hugo and Margo and I can't use both :( I haven't decided which to take off yet as I love them both...

I love Clara. I personally pronounce it Clar-rah but I think it might be different in the US (?). The story of Heidi and Clara you are recalling might be from the children's book Heidi by Johanna...

I think I prefer Agatha. I keep going to say "Angus" when I try to say Agnes out loud :p I think it's because I have known a fair few Anguses but no Agneses, so my tongue just automatically trips me...
I absolutely love the name Oberon. So handsome and sweet!
Oberon August (my personal favourite)

Also, Henrietta or Henriette are gorgeously Georgian and could easily lead to the nn Hannie.
Danica or Danika is an obvious choice for the nn Dannie.
Antonia or Antoinette are European choices...
Anneliese was the first that jumped to mind, with the nn Anna or Annie.
Like the posters above, I don't have children but I do have siblings! I have a twin sister who I obviously am very close to and I absolutely love having a sister my own age. I also have a younger...
My friends and I were born in the 1990-1994 range :)
(a lot of Jessicas, Emilys, Hannahs and Caitlins later...)
Gretel (my twin sister actually :))
Mine would be River. It's so different to most of the names I love, but I love the imagery! I'd go for River Hugo and River Cecily today :)
I just studied abroad in Ireland this January - July and I had the time of my life! I was in Dublin (at University College Dublin or UCD) and I strongly recommend it. It was literally the best six...
I absolutely adored my time at school. Maybe my school was particularly great? I don't know, but I just had the best time! I went to a private girls' school (admittedly "posh") but we had Harry...

I adore George. It's absolutely perfect with Vivienne, too.

@eoxima - 6 days clean is a wonderful start! Good for you! :) I actually am on medication for anxiety and it works well. I find deep breathing helps too, and logically asking yourself why you're so...
