Miss Ingrid M@gnolia-Jane made her entrance on Wednesday! Thank you all so much for your help in naming our sweet Indie girl.
Big sisters Ser@fina Audrey & Be@trice Lucy are so thrilled with the...

Jakki - I just prefer to have a longer, formal first name. I think Indie may read as a little masculine next to 2 distinctly feminine names? Idk.
Ashthedreamer - Yep, good memory! Lucy & Audrey...

Thanks everyone :)
I should have mentioned that I'm open to middle name suggestions! I thought something longer and maybe ending in a vowel would soften it a bit?

I am okay with using it as long as it doesn't sound totally off-base with her sisters names.
I think Indio is super cute but prefer something a little more traditional as a FN :)

This is our third time changing "the name", and hopefully our last since I'm due tomorrow!
We had most recently settled on India Jane (which I still love..sigh) but I found myself being super...

I like it! It totally fits under the "floral names" category to me which makes it very usable.

For some reason, it strikes me as very masculine. I also think of flannel (maybe that's why?).

I really love it. My personal preference would be to have it as a NN for a longer name, but I don't think it would be bad to use it on it's own either!
Very similiar to Rosie, Poppy, etc. which...

Agree with Juniper! I suggested it to my husband and he joked that we could call her "Nipper", now all I hear is an emphasis on "Nip" and that doesn't bring about the best associations, IMO....

Thanks guys! :)
We definitely don't plan on sharing her name until she's here...we made that mistake the first time around and I learned my lesson the hard way!

With only 4 weeks to go, Husband & I have finally decided on a name for girl #3. I never thought I'd say this, but I will be happy to have a loooong break from discussing names!
We have decided on...

Since they sound the same, I would just stick with the more recognizable "Fern".
Firn isn't bad, but it's less feminine to me since it isn't an obviously female name and it doesn't really strike...

I like Nora, Emma and Rose.
I immediately see the word "fabric" and then once I say it aloud in my head, I think of Fabreeze. Not sure where you are located or if you're familiar with the product, but it sounds very similiar.
How many Sophies' do you know? How old are they?
- I only know one and she is a dog :) I know many Sophias though!
What's your opinion of the name?
I absolutely love the name, but the...
Wow! Lots of great suggestions. Thank you all for taking the time to respond. I will run them all by my husband later and hopefully he loves as many as I do :)
Thanks! Edith Amelia is cute, and Emilia is actually a family name so bonus :)
Unfortunately, Josephine, Aurelia, Eleonor, Marguerite, Adelaide, Madeline, Victoria & Penelope a all off the list...
Looks like we are officially starting from scratch with baby girl 3. Have mercy.
Big sister 1 is Ser@fina Audrey
Big sis 2 is Beatr!ce Lucy
What would you name baby girl 3?? We are open to ANY...
I really like it! I saw it on a website years ago, fell in love with it and completely forgot about it until this post. Thanks for the reminder! I definitely think it's wearable.
Glad to hear I'm not the only one! My list was from Anthropologie. Maeve Alexandra is beautiful :)
Do you ever look through catalogues for names? Here are some unique names from the mail this morning :)
I love Alice & June, simple but refreshing. Mary seems very common and plain to me. I know at least 15 girls/women named Mary of all ages, but only 1 woman named Alice and no Junes.
Thank you! I like Phillipa :) Lilac would also be lovely as a middle name.
Vivienne is growing on me :) Vivienne Lilac might be a lovely option.
Thank you, Molly!
I love Florence but can't get DH on board. Louisa was a strong contender until my SIL used it for her baby.
