It does but my doc said the amount in prenatal vitamins isn't enough, so to take extra. Maybe ask about that. I think prenatal vitamins only have 400 iu

my doctor said the same thing i also have been bad about giving it to baby but he also has me taking 10000 iu of vitamin d per day which i have been doing and he said within a week or two it will get...
