We seem to have the same taste in names, here are some that I like.
Harper (popular choice now though)
I love Cora!
Will she just go by Willa? If so, it's fine. The meaning of the name is more important than flow. Willa Gwen is a mouthful if she's going by both and a bit awkward.
Griffin nn Finn

I like Ivy. Some suggestions I have are...
Hate Suzanna, love Spencer.
I actually wouldn't use it if the child were born IN August, too cliche (CHEESY.) I like August for a winter baby.
I don't like the name or the alternatives either. If you like the v sound, why not Valerie, Vanna, Victoria, Valentina, etc?

Yikes... Totally unusable. They almost sound like Harry Potter characters but I don't even think they would work then.

Christian Clark (Chris)
Griffin Clark (Grif)
Dylan Clark (Dyl)
Cassius Clark (Cass)
I love the name Clark.
Cora. I think the "h" is unnecessary and looks silly.
I wouldn't use it. I liked Harper but took it off my list as soon as the Beckhams used it. Kourtney has great taste in names. I like Mason and Penelope. Glad she didn't stick to the Ks like her...
I don't mind Jason as a boy's name but it has to be spelled correctly (Jason.) For a girl, I think it's terrible and the incorrect ("creative") spelling only makes it work. I think creative spelling...

I dislike Tallulah and Pearl very much. I like Ottilie and Ophelia. I usually like names that start with vowels so Eliza and Iris. I also like Felicity and Beatrix.
As for boy names, I like Henry...

I do not understand the appeal of the following names...
Nevaeh - I mean what the hell??? (Heaven is just as bad but at least it's an actual word.) \
Madison - It's insanely popular for no...

I do not like multiple middle names. I don't see the point in them. There's never a space for them when you fill out paperwork or anything, they're just unnecessary and pointless.
What about Lila? Is that too much of a stretch? I like Eliana but with the proper spelling, I understand that the other spelling would more directly honor your mother but creative spellings are just...
Caroline, Grace, and Charlotte are both way too popular right now. I like Lila and Matilda the best off your list.

I dislike the name Lily...a lot. I also don't like Chloe. My favorite of the names is Isabel and Madeline (as long as it's pronounced with a -line and not -lyn. I also like Margaret but not Meg.

Persephone is one of my favorite.
Is Grace a last name? If not, why not use just Cordelia Grace? I love that name but think it's over the top with three names and a last name...
I love Abigail and Emma. You should definitely stick with classic names and possibly choose a name that also begins with a vowel... I like Isabella, Isla, Olive, Olivia, etc... I'm sure you'll choose...
I prefer Lucas as a name and with Victor. Lucian/Lucien sounds like you're trying too hard.
I like Ada. I would spell it Aida to prevent the nickname Addy. I also like Veda but not with an -a. Vada looks like a misspelled word.
