For me, Rowan and Elliott are names I have loved since childhood, and since meeting a female Rowan in my late teens it's been on both lists. When I met my husband, I tried to gauge his opinion on...
With the US top 1000 published recently, I've been looking at lot more at the top list for England and Wales (where I live) and noticed with dismay that some names on my list are creeping up. I know...
@kenziesimmons If you want to post about naming hypothetical children or names you'd like to use in future, that's totally fine. Plenty of posters on here aren't pregnant or TTC, myself included, but...
I love Cecily, I think it's much more attractive than Cecilia and has a lovely old-fashioned cutesyness like Elsie and Clemency.
Thoughts on the name Rufus - is it too posh?

Demelza is my favourite girls' name at the moment! Just a guess, but did you happen to watch Poldark recently? ;)
I love the sibset you've suggested and if anything I think Beatrix would stand out...

Congrats on your new addition!
Harriet June is lovely, and I also like Verity - both Verity June and June Verity work in my opinion.
From your suggestions, I like June Isadora best.

My name is Aimee, and when I was little wanted a long name like Josephine, Cassandra or Alexandra which could be shortened to a cute NN like Jo, Cassie or Alex.
I know it's also a name, but I would avoid it like the plague because of racist associations. Even if you have Iranian heritage, I don't think this name is at all usable in the West.

So many gorgeous names to choose from! I love Hermione but not so keen on Isabella so I picked Bronte Violet because I think Bronte is an amazing name and the combo is stunning.
Demelza Juliet Mallory
Octavia Imogen Beatrix
Romilly Matilda Constance
Elliott Rufus Taylor
Frasier Benedict Wesley
Primrose Emmeline Minerva
Tara or Valentine?
I don't watch the show but I know the characters from the comics. I don't think many people would get the references unless they were real fans, and if they are then you will have something to talk...
Your combos: Casper Nathaniel Eden & Olivia Wren Camille
New combos: Conrad Everett Nathaniel & Emilia Violet Wren
@Trippindippy I stalk Pinterest, look at baby clothes and all sorts, so you're not alone! I've also considered stockpiling things, partly to spread the cost but also because I think it will help the...

At the moment I am crushing on Caspian for a gorgeous little boy but I know DH doesn't like it. For me, the Narnia reference makes it so adorable but hubby never read CS Lewis :(
I'm still keen on...

I would say either Coleson or Colson (with a slight preference for Colson), I'm not so keen on the -sen endings.

I think Felicity Lyra repeats too many of the same sounds and doesn't really flow, so for me the better option is Felicity Iris.
