I went to school with a Miles in the Southern Atlantic states--he's in his 30s.
I know at least one (although I've met another) Declan in the mid-Atlantic states. Both were 10 years old or younger.
What about Jaspar? It has a clear (albeit distinct) pronunciation in both English and Spanish.
In no particular order:
If it were me, I'd make the decision based on the overall flow/sound of the FN/LN. Depending on how you pronounce Ottilie, you may have totally different syllable counts and ending sounds. To be...

I watched some Equestrian events today. These names--although nothing new--caught me eye:
It's definitely my "fantasy" girls name too. Olympia is one I'd want to make sure I had an assigned nickname for though. I love the full version, so if it were my child, I'd probably call her...
