We used Annabelle because it is a combination of Anna and Belle but I learned afterwards that it is also a form of Amabel. I have...
Alice is a great name. I agree that it's all of the things you said it was (classic, timeless...). It probably got a popularity boost after the Twilight movies came out but that doesn't really bother...

Since Richard is so meaningful, I would choose that one. Augusten Richard is a really great combo.

I like Olive Juliet. I love the family significance of Juliet.
I think Klassen makes a nice middle. Joelle Kassen is nice. Do you like Mariella, Marielle or Mariel? That would honor your husband's grandmothers too and I think Mariella Klassen is classy and...
I love Frederick. I had considered it 4 years ago because Freddy sounds amazing with our last name. I ended up having a girl. I like the Freddy spelling as you have it, not Freddie because the word...

I love November! It would go well with your girl names and most of the boy names. As far as being usable, i'm not sure. It's a guilty pleasure for me. But I feel with the nickname Nova, Novi, or...

I like Willa Brett the best. Willa Blake and Willa Blair have a lot of 'L' sounds, which makes them a little difficult to say.
There is also...

Not knowing your style, I'll just list name that I think sound good with Langley.
Maybe Sharli, Arli, Char, Liza (lee-zuh), Isa/Iza or Lee. I like Izzy and I think it works fine.

I think Gwenna is beautiful. Even though Leigh isn't my style, I like the combo Gwenna Leigh a lot.
I think Margo and Skipper are both spunky so they fit well together. Margo and Edie are both chic names so they go well together. Skipper and Edie both seem like nicknames. If it were Skyler and Eden...
Rowan James - It's a nice combo but James seems to be somewhat of a filler middle name to me. It sounds good with everything.
Rowan Asher - I like Asher a lot. I agree it isn't perfect with your...
Some of these are modern invented names and some just haven't been used much in the past, but they all have a modern vibe to me:
