I prefer Sophie and think it sounds very elegant.
I find Eloise unappealing to say.

My first preference is Catherine, but I don't mind Katherine either.
I love Millie, but it sounds rather similar to Amy unfortunately.
I much prefer Georgiana, and also like the nn Gigi.
Lovely combo, I adore Nora and Maeve.
It honestly feels like a bit of a mouthful to me. The names go well together, although Tallulah and Aurora feel a bit sing-songy together; I prefer Clementine Aurora.

Evelyn Skye would be lovely.
Kadence Amalia would be my choice.

Daphne was my first thought. Also:

Millie and Sydney are my favourites from your list.
I don't think it matters too much if cousins have similar names, but that's up to you. If it ends up being your favourite and you both agree,...
Names are only 'too girly' due to your own personal associations.
Different people would think different names are girlier than others or vice versa.
Go with whatever name you love.

Abigail was the first name that came to mind!
Georgia (repeats the initial, but a different sound)
I think Evelyn goes nicely with Hunter, you could use Leah as a middle name if you haven't picked one yet.
With Keira, I love Leah, Zoe or Tessa from your list.
Instead of Amara, does Amalia work in Russian?
Lena and Ada are some other ideas.

Eliza Florence is gorgeous and unexpected; I find Claire a little bland with Eliza.
It can be hard to put three names ending in a together, so I'll try and swap some things around.
Barbara Adelina Marie
Barbara Maria Alice
Barbara Alena Marie
Barbara Elena Marie
Liam Rafferty or Liam Reid are fantastic suggestions!
My favourite has always been Liam Archer.
These names don't appeal to me at all, I'm reminded of petrol.
I voted for Petronella because the 'ella' ending is much prettier than 'illa' ending.

Not Winter, haha!
I wouldn't call Julie unique, so I'm not really sure what to suggest. I would avoid word/descriptive names though.
Any other names you like? Maybe:
I think Lila is fine on its own.
You could give her a short middle name and call her by both names, if you like.
Lila Mae or Lila Jane maybe?
Not usually a fan of Olivia, but I love Jane with it. I like that you haven't used a hyphen and that she has several choices of names when she is older (Olivia Jane, Olivia, Jane, Liv etc).
Olivia, Chloe and:
All of these names go very well together. My favourites are Elena, Lucia and Benjamin.
I don't think Maya needs a nn.
