I like Theodore Flynn too and Elspeth Autumn works well too.
Some other possibilities for a girl:

I like that they all have an I, so I think it would be nice to continue that:

Delia and Graham are my favorites from your list, with Jakob Edwin in 2nd place for a boy. What about Delia Frances, Graham Francis, or Graham Edwin? I would honor Francis Hopkinson by shortening...
If you love it, Aiden McCormick Bailey is fine. However the long A sound really stands out with the Aiden Bailey combination making it a little rhyme-y. Adrian Bailey or Nathaniel Bailey work...
Matilda Phoebe nn Tillie is a great fit with Henry Atlas. Millie works okay, but generally I think of it for Millicent.
I think Avery, Lyla, and Hazel work best because Hazel has stronger sound more towards the unisex Avery.
Eleanor is my favorite, but with Jack and Sophie, I like Rose better. It fits more in the short, sweet, classic vibe.

Arabella's my favorite from your list as well.
It's fairly popular, but it sound like you love Belle, so I wouldn't let the popularity issue deter you from using it.
Theo and Rose both work really well with Felix.
I like Theo Evander, but it kind of runs together a bit-- maybe Theo Lysander, Theo Desmond, Theo Montgomery, Theo Jasper, Theo Frederick, Theo...

I basically agree with Lemon's comments above. Antoinette is nms, so I'd probably do a different fn to get to Annie-- Annabelle, Annelise, or Annika come to mind. What about Antoinette Lark (for...

With your sibset, I like Penny best with Molly in second-- and I think you should keep the Beatles theme going! A few other suggestions-- Rita, Vera, Anna, Clara (from Clarabelle), Nancy, Sadie, and...

Some repeats, but some names that seem to have the same sensibility as Clementine and Florence are:

You have a vintage hipster style. I like Dustin, but prefer Desmond. Oscar and Desmond are great together! From your list I also like Angus, Harry, and Cormac with Oscar.

I like Lucy best too. What about Lucy Jessica or Lucy Freya Raphael?
I like it better as a mn-- it's a little too out there for fn and reminds me of someone trying to pronounce "English." What about Liss or Inga instead?
They are both nice, but I would go with Hugo for the reasons stated above. Maybe Hugo Dominic or Hugo Nicholas?
Cassia Toril or Cassia Sage are both good combinations. Toril and Sage are both unisex or sound unisex. What about Tallis? It's similar to Toril and Cassia, but more feminine sounding to me. Some...

I feel like there are so many little Savannahs that I'd rather see a Lucienne! If you aren't crazy about the name, what about Lucinda, Luciana, Lucretia, Louisa, Lucille, or Lucia nn Luci/Lucie? ...
I like Anna Rosalie best from your list. Alternatives that also work well: Anna Rosalind, Anna Rosamond, Anna Rosemary. It's lovely to have the family meaning though with Anna Elizabeth-- it's an...
I like this sibset except for Noor. People not familiar with the name won't necessarily know that its female. Maybe Noria instead?

I think all of the fns on your list work well with David and Lydia. My favorites from your list are Rose and Arthur. Victoria, Emilia, and Julia all have a similar ending to Lydia, but I don't...
