I was also going to suggest naming her Mae (which is one of my all-time favorites) and using the nickname Maisie. To me, Maisie is sort of similar to Maggie, so maybe it would satisfy you both.
I think Sienna goes better with Aria, but both choices are nice. Where I live, Ellinor is a variant spelling, so if it bothers you to spell her name all the time, you may want to take that into...
I like Veda better. For some reason, I'm not a big fan of Josephine. I know a little girl named Vida, which is similar, and I've always liked it on her.

My very favorite C name is Calla.
I like Kaya, but I like Kay/Kae better. The spelling Kae would take me a while to get used to, but I think it would work.
