I prefer Sophia to Julia myself, and also think Sophia fits in better stylistically with Maya and James. Juliet would fit better than Julia I think: Maya, James and Juliet?
I prefer Fae because I like the obvious whimsical 'faerie' feel and look of it.
Though I quite like Kira, I've really taken a strong liking to Cora lately. She seems versatile, in that I could picture a Cora being either demure or devious. It's less common than Kira, so I like...
Amara is nice. It feels rather contemporary but also has somewhat of a classical feel to it. Amara would certainly fit well with Noah, Elianna and Joseph too -- it'd make a brilliant #4.
I don't mind the sound, but really dislike the look (the Erm- part I just really don't like at all - I dislike Erma too). I wouldn't mind Emella or Armella so much, but no, not fond of Ermella.
I greatly prefer Piper myself. I do find Suzanna quite dated, and I'm not overly fond of names of that kind of style myself. Piper is modern and bouncy - I like it a lot.
I'm also a massive Piper...

Aria Faith gets my vote. It's less expected than Lily, of which while a lovely little name is so incredibly ubiquitous these days. Aria is both sweet and spicy at the same time...it's great.
Though all I saw at first was Elisabeth without the El-, I do quite like Isabeth. It's got the traditional, classy elements of Elisabeth, but is a lot less common.
The first name I though of for alternative to Stephanie is Stana. Such a strong yet playful name, I think. If you wanted to get a little more creative and a little less obvious with it, you could go...
Depends how lenient you are with nicknames I suppose... Imogen could work as fuller name for Gem if you wanted it to. Also, Gem is also like a term of endearment really ('you lovely little gem') so...

Lalita Freyja / Lalita Echo Freyja is one of my top three combos, with nickname Lilja (or Lilo). I'm also contemplating Anja for Ariadne Lilja.

Vivienne is a recent addition to my long list that is a long way off my usual quirky style. I'm also discovering the appeal of heavier vintage type names like Mabel and Beatrix.
As for boys,...

Eden and Sylvie would make a great sibling pair indeed, though agree with you as to you comment about Grace and Rose being 'everyone's middle name'...they are nice, yes, but so expected and its nice...
Samantha Grace got my vote. Grace has a great class and strength, and the combo works well with big brother Ethan James. Sammy G would make a cute nickname.
I feel Samantha to be a little dated...
I like Evanna a lot, though I have a bit of a thing with the pronunciation as though I like the sound of ee-VUH-nuh, the -anna ending is always ANN-uh for me, which I don't like as much. I don't mind...
Atlas John is so darn handsome and unexpected and just brilliant - he got my vote without hesitation! I think I'd slightly prefer Atlas Jack myself, but John is great too.
I also like Reed...
Oooh, I'm loving Archer and Felix - what a brilliant pair!
I think too that Daniel and Brendon fit really well together stylistically, so my vote goes to Felix Brendon for combo. I hope you can...
A lot of my favourites, I think, fit fun/bubbly/lively...
Cora Amelie got my vote...she's gorgeous. Sylvia Ruth would come in second for me.
I want to like Iris Rachel, but the two R's aren't working so well together for me to do so. It's a similar thing...
These are all great...
Kerensa -- one of the few K names I like. Gorgeous meaning too.
Nyx -- was never a fan of this until recently. It reminds me of Lux, and due to it's meaning of 'night' (and...
Svala Ísabel got my vote. I think she's lovely -- looks and sounds great, honors someone special and works really well where you live. I don't think it means any less at all to give your daughter...

I think of the names listed, Minka is your best bet. It's spunky, feminine and fits with brothers Paxton and Griffin really well. I myself love Minka...it's both cute and classy.
Vivienne -- I...
Elisabeth Noelle 'Beth' would make a great combo for you I think...gives you your Elisabeth, Noelle in the middle and Beth without being too 1980's as Bethany can be. Or, you could even call...
