Congratulations on the new arrival! Greer Isabel and Maeve Alice are great together(and separately too).
I think that Alice, Chloe, Cecily, Manon, Sophie, and Flora are my favorites from your list. They seem like they'd work well in both French and English and they seem to go well with Juliette. I'm...
I'm sure not all of these would be considered "vintage" but they feel similar to Phoebe and Ramona to me. Sorry for any repeats.

Congratulations! Indie Margot is an adorable name.

Congratulations on the new arrival! Clementine Aurora, Estella Vivienne and Magnolia Seraphine make a gorgeous sibset.
Congratulations! Zora Jade is a wonderful name.
I'm not sure if any of these are what you're looking for, but...
I think of Susannah as a more fresh sounding name than Susan, Deborah etc. Susannah seems more in line with currently in vogue vintage names like Hazel and Iris than with more dated sounding names...

India Jane is really pretty, and it sounds great with Serafina and Beatrice. Plus, both Indie and Indie Jane are adorable nicknames.
Edith"Edie" is absolutely gorgeous with Faye in my opinion. June is nice too, but I think Edith"Edie" and Faye make a better sibset.

Girlier names with nicknames:
I second the suggestion of Ro. Winnie seems plausible as a nickname too.
Sorry for any repeats.

I don't know of any turquoise names, but Coralie and Coraline are both considered to be variations of Coral.
I think Odette and Vienna would be great together. Have you considered Coppelia? Its the name of a ballet.
I prefer Faye. It just seems a little more complete than Fay does.

I prefer Daphne. Delphine is a nice name, but Amelia and Daphne make a better sibset in my opinion.
I think Lilac would definitely work as a first name. It sounds somewhat familiar as a name, but its still really uncommon. You should definitely consider using it.
I prefer Daphne to Laurel. I say Laurel as lore-el.
My suggestions are:
Iris is my favorite with Rose and Saywer. Cora and Lila are both fine, I just prefer Iris. Savannah wouldn't be terrible with your sibset, but it does stick out a bit. Its trendier than both Sawyer...
I like Lydia. It has a very sweet, vintage vibe to me. Plus, I think the nickname Liddy is absolutely adorable.

I voted for Holiday Scarlett, but I think Holiday Katherine and Holiday Elizabeth are nice too.
Sorry for any repeats:
Holiday Rose"Holly Rose"
Ivy's pretty. I seriously doubt that a little girl would get teased a lot over the name.
Halle June is my favorite.
