I love the name Phoenix for a boy. I know some people use it for girls, but to me, it sounds too harsh for girls.

Really? You think Samuel River is better than Gardener or Elias?
It has the feel I'm looking for but worry it has too much nature in one name. LN is Woolf.

Thanks I really like a lot of these suggestions. I am going for a serene, yet modern sound. Pleasant, with the times, but not trendy.

Thanks for all the replies! I have one question, though. How would you pronounce Elias? Is it like Eli? Eli-as or is it EE-lee-as?

Felix- I'm not a fan. It just sounds like a cat's name and not very attractive on a boy. It's also heavily used in the hispanic community.
Harvey- I like Harvey ok. It's a laid-back, country boy...
I like Weston a lot. That one is probably my favorite of your choices.
Sawyer is very trendy right now and it's even being used for girls.
Everett/ Emmett are also quite trendy and I'm tired of...
