I really like Maryann and Anna. I think Annmarie is pretty too. My least favorite is probably Annalise/Annaliese, etc. It reminds me of a certain thing I've heard through the years... and I can't...
When I see this name, I always think Huh-laina (which I love). My husband thinks it will often be pronounced like Helen-uh.
What are your thoughts?

I think it kind of depends on how many syllables in your last name too... but I think these sound nice with Mayna, if they will flow well!
