I'm liking your list:)
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy) - Love, very classy but cool at the same time
Aurora (nn Aurie) - Beautiful:) Do you like the nn Rory?
Collette (nn Lettie) - Very nice, sophisticated
Daisy - So cute!
Isabella (nn Bella) - Gorgeous but very popular...
Lily - My absolute FAVOURITE girls name! Also very popular though
Josephine (nn Josie) - Lovely
Madeleine (nn Maddy) - Beautiful, love this spelling too
Noella (nn Ellie) - I prefer Noelle but this is very pretty too
Violette (nn Lettie) - Adore but perhaps Violet is easier?
I can honestly say I loved pretty much your whole list! You have great taste:)
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy) - It is more of a place name to me. I prefer Aveline.
Aurora (nn Aurie) - So pretty! I love it!
Collette (nn Lettie) - So cute! My favorite name is Cosette, and this is so close!
Daisy - I like this name on a child, but I don't know how well a woman with this name would be taken seriously.
Isabella (nn Bella) - Has long been a favorite of mine, but the popularity has made it less appealing to me of late.
Lily - Gorgeous! And I love many of the longer versions: Lilian, Lilianna, Lillith.
Josephine (nn Josie) - Again, so cute!
Madeleine (nn Maddy) - Used to be on my list, but the meaning has turned me off.
Noella (nn Ellie) - Perfect for a December baby.
Violette (nn Lettie) - So sweet, and I love the -ette ending!
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy): It feels very mysterious and enchanting to me...
Aurora (nn Aurie): I love Aurora...
Collette (nn Lettie): I love the Colette spelling so much (the extra L reminds me of Colleen), and think that Lettie is darling.
Daisy: Very sweet...I also think it's a great nickname for Margaret.
Isabella (nn Bella): Way too popular for me...
Lily: I wish it weren't so popular!
Josephine (nn Josie): I love it!
Madeleine (nn Maddy): I think it's pretty, but all Mad names remind me of Madison these days.
Noella (nn Ellie): I like some of your others more...
Violette (nn Lettie): Very pretty....
Josephine, Aurora, and Violette are my favorites. :-)
Take care! :-)
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy)- I'd never thought of this before, but I LOVE it! King Arthur fan? Also, I love the nn Ava or Avvy...it allows the use of the beautiful name Ava w/o using the oh so common name itself!
Aurora (nn Aurie)- A name fit for a little Disney princess :) It's the kind of name a little girl would love, but I think it would age well too when paired with a simple middle name such as Grace, Beth, Leigh, Lynn, etc...
Collette (nn Lettie)- nowhere near as pretty as your other names. It just seems harsh to me.
Daisy- It's ok, but I don't think it would age well...all I can think of is Daisy Duck. If you like flower names consider Calla, Rosalie, or Violet.
Isabella (nn Bella)- Pretty, but I alone know 3...there's no telling how many Isabella/Isabelle/Bella's there will be in the next 5 years...especially after Twilight, but this name was rising fast even before that.
Lily- LOVE this name...a much prettier flower name than Daisy. It is becoming popular...I've grown fond of Lydia recently, which is very similar and nowhere near as common.
Josephine (nn Josie)- I really don't like Josephine, but I LOVE Josie...maybe Jocelyn with the nn Jocey?
Madeleine (nn Maddy)- I REALLY like this one, but prefer the nn Lennie...I don't like Maddy at all.
Noella (nn Ellie)- I like Noelle better, but this is pretty too...I don't think it needs a nn though.
Violette (nn Lettie)- Not a fan of it spelled this way...I really didlike the whole yoo-neek spelling trend. I LOVE Violet, but don't like Lettie at all...once again, I don't think this one needs a nn.
You have some really great names! My favorite from your list would have to be Avalon. How about Avalon Rose?
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy)-- not too fond of this one, but I like Ava on its own
Aurora (nn Aurie)-- very pretty, but what about Rory as a nn instead of Aurie?
Collette (nn Lettie)-- don't like it, sorry
Daisy-- I only think of my cat!
Isabella (nn Bella)-- Adore, but I wish it weren't so popular!
Lily-- my FAVORITE name! but, alas, too popular!
Josephine (nn Josie)-- I like Josephine, just not Josie
Madeleine (nn Maddy)-- Adore Madeleine, especially spelled this way!
Noella (nn Ellie)-- not fond of it..
Violette (nn Lettie)-- very pretty! I like the nn "Vi", too
favorites-- Lily, Josephine and Madeleine =)

Aurora seems great, but everyone seems to love it so I'm predicting it'll get popular, and it doesn't roll off of my tongue.
I can never figure out how to spell Collette, one L? Two L's? What about T's? And is there an E on the end? Okay!
Daisy is adorable, enough said.
Isabella is very floaty, princessy, also five year old girly. There are two in my youngest's playgroup, four in my daughters preschool, and 3 in my sons kindergarten class, I kid you not.
Lily is classic and beautiful, great pick!
Josephine is classic and grown up, Josie is perfect as a nickname, love it.
I never know how people spell Madeleine anymore, and Maddy/Maddie is getting difficult too.
Noella, I'm not a fan, I speak french so I think christmas + La, or No Ella.
Violette, also not a fan, Violet or Violette? I never know! And I read it Violent, which, let's face it, not okay. It's a beautiful name and flower, just complicated on paper.
You have excellent taste though! The ones I love, I really really love!
Thanks for the responses. I am happy to see that Avalon is accepted and not too unusual. Yes, I love the King Arther theme..my name is Jenevieve which is close to Guinevere. I like this connection without being too matchy.
I am starting to think Isabella is too popular..I am not going to worry about popularity with the other names
Avalon (nn Ava, Avvy) – very cute, I like it!
Aurora (nn Aurie) – I really like this name, hubby doesn’t though.
Collette (nn Lettie) – Not my style at all.
Daisy – gorgeous on a child, a bit weird on an adult.
Isabella (nn Bella) – not a fan, and I predict due to the Twilight phenomena it will become really popular soon.
Lily – LOVE. Plan to use this someday, except in the variation Lillian after a great grandmother.
Josephine (nn Josie) – Not my style, cute though.
Madeleine (nn Maddy) – I like this, my husband hates it though.
Noella (nn Ellie) – Not a fan.
Violette (nn Lettie) – The name Violet (and variations) always remind me of ‘violent’. Can’t get past that.
