I think that I like Rene Beatrice- Rene being the first and Beatrice being the middle, because the first name Rene is very nice and I don't mind Beatrice for a middle, but if you have your heart set on the other way around, I don't mind Beatrice Rene. I think that out of the names you've given these are the best, although I don't mind Atlas or Emerson. And for the record, I think you have a unique and beautiful name :)
Not necessarily if she's young enough that she's never worked under that name (and all her school records from high school forwards are changed). Otherwise, adoptees would have to explain they were adopted (and if a placeholder was put in on your original birth certificate you'd have to mention that you were once legally "Baby" or whatever was put in place!). The OP didn't mention her current age, but since we sometimes have teens on here looking for advice if she happens to be one (and gets it changed with her parents' permission) her future experiences won't be the same as someone who got an adult paper trail under their former name.

I really like Prudence Atlas Rose! It's beautiful! I love Atlas! I don't know what you have in mind, but I like the idea of the nickname Pru. :)
I've never cared for Beatrice too much, but I love Beatrix (nn Trixie or Bea)! I would really like Beatrix Emerson Rose! Beatrice Emerson Rose would be lovely too though! :)
Hi! I'm changing my name too, so I can understand how you feel. :) I'm another person who likes Prudence Atlas Rose and Beatrice/Beatrix Emerson Rose! I think the nicknames Pru, Trixe, and Bea would be cute too (If you plan on using a nickname). Also, I definitely don't think Penelope is too young sounding. I've seen it on all ages. I don't think of any particular age when I hear Penelope.
I have quite a bit of name angst, so I feel you. There's nothing wrong with changing it. Be aware that family will almost always call you your old name. Unless you're famous, people find it strange when they discover you were born something different. But whatever. It's your life, not theirs, right?
Since you like "Beatrix," have you thought about "Bee"? It could easily work as a nn for BreAnna, but you wouldn't have to bother legally changing it, or even explaining to everyone. It's natural and feels right. Even Bea (pronoucned bee-uh) could work as a nickname for BreAnna. Beebee/Bibi/Bebe also works.
On your list, I really like Penelope Rose. Gorgeous name.
Beatrix sounds a bit more modern. I'd probably keep the name and go by Bren or Brenna.
I changed my name and do not have "I used to be.." over my head unless I bring it up myself.
I chose to change my name as my name brought only negative connotations to me. I do not have a good relationship with my parents, for reason I won't say here. Its the best decision I have ever made. I know for a fact my parents didn't put much thought into my name and I know for a fact they didn't give a toss that I changed it.
