The one girls name that jumps out from your own favourites is Vesper. I think it goes perfectly with Atlas and sounds spunky and charismatic and fun and mysterious and elegant all at once. My other suggestions would be:
Zenobia nn Zeni
Aviatrix (pretty out there but there was one point in my life, when I was about 15, when I was OBSESSED with it! So thought I'd chuck it out there haha)

Atlas is a great choice, at first I didn't like Atlas, but now it's a name that has grown on me a lot. I personally find Atlas a very daring majestic choice and thus needs to be paired with a name that has the same punch that Atlas does. Therefore I wouldn't partner Atlas with Marlowe for me Marlowe feels too trendy for Atlas similarly I would pair Atlas with Sylvie. I think Sylvie is too soft. It's a shame about Freya because even though I dislike Freya due to personal associations, Freya works well with Atlas. I think Jane sounds great with Atlas to be honest! I think Jane sounds really refreshing with Atlas. Atlas & Jane in my eyes sound cute. I also think Juno, and Juna works well with Atlas. Even though I want to love Juniper all I think of is Jew-nipper which is unfortunate due to my mother being Jewish despite my doubts on Juniper I agree that Atlas doesn't work with Juniper. Neither does Marigold. Your hipster darlings are gorgeous but far too soft and sweet for Atlas. Sailor and Vesper also sound strange with Atlas too wordy.
So here are some suggestions:
Melisande & Atlas
Aurelia & Atlas
Hermione & Atlas
Araminta & Atlas
Luna & Atlas
Selene & Atlas
Romina & Atlas
Calla & Atlas
Zinnia & Atlas
Maera & Atlas
Olympia & Atlas
Deva & Atlas
Hera & Atlas
Ariadne & Atlas
Chara & Atlas
Hope this helped x
Sorry for any repeats. I had trouble finding names for the list.
From my own list I'm adding:
Cordelia (so many nn possibilities)
I also thought of
Helen (Kind of conventional, but I was watching something on Helen of Troy recently)
Penelope (probably too popular)
Brigid (Wasn't sure which form to use of Bridget but Irish mythology)
I also like Calliope and Minerva.
I wish you the best of luck.
I have an Atlas and I plan to name a future daughter (if I am so fortunate) Indiana, and call her Indie.
To me Atlas is an adventurer name, and I want a sibling to have that style, rather than pegging it too narrowly with only mythological pairings.
Personally, I'd go for Hypatia.
Some other ideas (apologies for any repeats!):
Atlas & Vega
Atlas & Hera (or Hero)
Atlas & Juno
Atlas & Margo (this is my favorite spelling to pair with Atlas, but I think any would work)
Atlas & Thora
Atlas & Olympia
Atlas & Cyra
Atlas & Zelda
Atlas & Petra
Atlas & Aquila
Atlas & Runa
Atlas & Selma
Atlas & Cosima
For what it's worth, though, the names you mentioned don't sound "weak" to me (next to Atlas or no), and I think they generally match well enough with Atlas; they're not so disparate in style that it's jarring or anything.
Mariemama I have an Indiana (who we call Indie) and we really love Atlas if our next one is a boy! How funny.

Also, I really like all the names in your signature. Some inspired by LOST perhaps?
Augs, I just saw this thread now! How daft am I? Anyways, YAY!!! I'm so excited for you! That seems like such a great way of doing it.
You've gotten so many great suggestions, I really love Electra with Atlas. Smashing! Here are some more suggestions (hopefully I didn't repeat any, if I did I'm sorry!):
Wow that is too funny! Indiana is such a great name, and I just adore Indie.

We love Atlas, and have gotten either "cool!" or neutral responses to it ("he's going to be strong!"), and even my parents who were adamant they were not calling him Atlas now, indeed, do call him Atlas.
That's funny about the names in my sig, I have never seen Lost but I think now I need to! :) I just love adventurer names, especially with classic ones!
Adorable, I just love it.
