What do you think of Florence? What nicknames would you use for a Florence?
I'd probably use it with a quite simple middle name (maybe Jane)
for me too old-lady but i dont mind as a middle name. - Just some Ideas as first & middle names. - Florence Jane, Florence Ivy, Florence Hannah/Hannah Florence, Emily Florence, Sophie Florence.
I new a Florence from school she was called Flo/Flossie.
I like Florence and prefer it as a middle name.
I quite like the nickname Florrie.
Sweet, definitely sweet. Old ladyish? Maybe, but I don't think it's really a big deal. I'd like to meet a little Florence.
I like it a lot, it doesn't feel old lady-ish to me.
Florence is vintage and sweet. It's quite popular in England so there are actually some people out there who aren't hung up on the "old-lady" label. I think it's quite pretty when said aloud.
I think Florence is beautiful - not too old-lady at all. I actually came across a 3/4 year old Florence a few months ago who went by Florrie. I thought that was so cute.
A friend just named her baby Florence. It's not really my style, but I think it can be cute. I really detest Flo :/ but Ren is a cute nn.
I like Florence and don't find it old ladyish at all. I like Florrie or Renee as nicknames.
Love Florence. multiple amazing namesakes!
nn options:, Flo, Florri, Renni, Rence, Renci, Fen, Fennie, Nightingale (hehe)
