Lorelei - I've never known how to pronounce this. Seems a bit fussy to me, prefer Laura or Lauren, and I don't like the nickname Rory that I see touted for it - it's all boy to me.
Elizabeth - Beautiful, a classic, got my vote.
Rosalind - I think Rosalind and Madelyn are a bit close. I went to school with a Rosalind and people frequently dropped the final D so it sounded more like Rosalyn - with one -lyn ending daughter I think it's a bit much.
Lucinda - I prefer short and simple Lucy, but it's not a bad name. Would be my second pick.
Marianne - I prefer Marian or Mary.
Julianne - I find Juli- names dated, sorry. Feels to me like a feminisation of Julian.
I don't like them either
I honestly am not a big fan of any of the names on your list, however I think Rosalind is probably the nicest.
@bluesparrow, these are not my names, if you read the post, these are just the names in the category of we both kinda sorta agree they are ok. Elizabeth and Lucinda are on my list, Marianne and Lorelei are on his list, and Julianne and Rosalind we both think are ok. I do agree about Rosalind and Madelyn, though. I'm sad that people don't like them -- none of them are my favorites either, except for Elizabeth which I truly do love. Hopefully we will have a boy for #4!
Overall my favourite is Elizabeth, but I voted for Marianne because to me it's criminally underused and darling with your children's names, especially Genevieve. Lucinda and Rosalind are both gorgeous, too, but maybe feel slightly frillier than the rest of the sibset. Lorelei is lovely but seems stylistically out of place somehow, and Julianne is a little dated to me.
I voted for Lorelei to go with your other kids' names. I like all of them, though.
