Asa Peregrine is my favorite, too. I like the combination of a Biblical and non-Biblical name that yet have a similar, Pilgrim-era sort of feeling. The sound and look are good, too--the longer, more rarefied Peregrine nicely balances the shorter, earthier Asa.
Asa Hawthorne might be my second choice. It has everything I like about the Peregrine combo except that the rhythm is less ideal--the accents and syllable counts of Asa and Hawthorne are the same.
The others are all nice, but these are by far my favorites.
