Epic middle name?
OH has discovered that Ronan means baby seal placing it firmly in the "cute" category for him. He says he still likes it but I doesn't have the same "epic" feel as the other middles in our combos. The epic names? Gawain and Hycinthia/Hacinthia. I still love Ronan and I'm hoping that in 5+ years when we have kids he'll forget what Ronan means and we can use it.
So now my dilemma, I need "epic" middle names. Any suggestions?
Instead of Ronan, how about Roman, Rowan or Rolland?
Not really sure what you would consider epic, but here are my suggestions:
Prometheus? That's a pretty epic name, IMO!
Ronin means samurai or a kind of samurai or something (I apologize that I can't look this up right now), maybe the slight spelling change will make him like the name?
This is what I always think of when I think epic names: http://www.babynames.org.uk/greek-boy-baby-names.htm
Those Greeks knew how to name their kids! haha.
I like so many of the names on these lists.
Marcus, Thor, Orion, Leander, Evander, Romulus and Damien have all been on the list at some point. If only OH would get on board with them. The only one he likes is Marcus which after seeing it for so long it's rather meh.
@celianne: I've not gotten to go through the names on that link yet. OH likes some Greek names and others not so much.
I'll have to mention Wolf, Aries and Ronin to him. I'm wondering if he'd go for Prometheus or Cyrus. Maybe Atlas or Crispin as well?
