Biography:

I'm married to my beloved Samuel and we have a 6 year old son and a baby daughter...I'm the "crunchy" kind of mom, into the whole extended breastfeeding/babywearing/cosleeping thing. Hubby is from Africa (so many cool names from there!)and I lived in Germany until the age of 14, so we are a very multicultural family. I am also a breeder of rex (curly haired) guinea pigs. I have always been into names, I find it fascinating what different people decide to name their kids. I think it says a lot about them. Like if a really quiet, shy couple give their child a very unusual name, it tells you that there is more to these people, know what I mean? Naming a child forces people to express themselves creatively whether they want to or not, it's a form of art!
