I was impressed with Michael Jackson memorial yesterday! He seemed like a loving man who really cared about others. He will be missed by millions of fans but his legacy will live forever.

Well, Star magazine says Nicole was talking about those names. I don't put much stock in Star, not when they're including Martavious. Let's not tar the poor woman with some Star reporter's idea of names she would choose. To be accurate, this article should read Star Magazine reports an anonymous source says ...

I actually went to school with a guy named Barron Von Hoffstedder (not sure how his last name was spelled). I always thought it sounded ridiculous. At graduation, they announce everybody's full name. His? Barron Tommy Von Hoffstedder. It just sounded a bit silly to me. He also had a little brother named Jake.

And then there's Contessa Brewer, 35-year-old news anchor for MSNBC. Not a celebrity baby, but now a semi-celebrity with a royal name. I wonder how long it will be before we see "Contessa" on the SSA's Top 1,000 baby names list?

"And, personally–it would be fine with me if they didn’t rise any higher."

Hahaha! Reminds me of the time Grace Slick (of Jefferson Airplane) joked about naming her daughter "god": "We spell it with a small 'g' because we want her to be humble."

Of course she didn't really name the baby "god" -- she named her "China." Whether she was going for East Asia's biggest county or merely expressing a fondness for her dinnerware, I have no idea.
